Pool - small - $80.00 / Mth

• Serviced weekly. Price is your monthly cost.
• Monthly service for a small pool - 7,500-12,500 gallons.
• Includes testing and balancing the water chemistry, vacuuming, brushing the sides of the pool, emptying skimmer baskets, cleaning the filter as needed and checking to make sure that all the equipment — such as the timer and pump — are working efficiently.

Pool - medium - $95.00 / Mth

• Serviced weekly. Price is your monthly cost.
• Monthly service for a medium pool - 12,500-19,500 gallons.
• Includes testing and balancing the water chemistry, vacuuming, brushing the sides of the pool, emptying skimmer baskets, cleaning the filter as needed and checking to make sure that all the equipment — such as the timer and pump — are working efficiently.

Pool - large - $150.00 / Mth

• Serviced weekly. Price is your monthly cost.
• Monthly service for a large pool - 19,500-40,000 gallons.
• Includes testing and balancing the water chemistry, vacuuming, brushing the sides of the pool, emptying skimmer baskets, cleaning the filter as needed and checking to make sure that all the equipment — such as the timer and pump — are working efficiently.

Spa Maintenance Packages

Single Cleaning – $169.00

• Complete drain and vacuuming
• Spa shell cleaning
• Filter cartridge cleaning
• Spa cover cleaning with vinyl treatment
• Refill with 10 point inspection
• Comprehensive chemical training

Monthly Package - $139 month/6 month contract

• Monthly Cleaning
• Perform water test of Sanitizer, pH & Alkalinity
• Treat water with ALL necessary chemicals
• Balance pH/Alkalinity
• Visual inspect spa system
• Clean waterline and exposed shell surfaces
• Clean and condition spa cover
• Clean and condition spa pillows
• Remove and clean filter
• Full service spa cleaning - drain spa, complete cleaning, change heater gaskets, union o-rings.
• 10 point inspection
• Make necessary recommendations

Yearly Package - $549 for 1 year

• Four Single Cleanings
• Includes all of the above services
• Perform water test of Sanitizer, pH & Alkalinity
• Treat water with ALL necessary chemicals
• Balance pH/Alkalinity
• Visual inspect spa system
• Clean waterline and exposed shell surfaces
• Clean and condition spa cover
• Clean and condition spa pillows
• Remove and clean filter

Spa Delivery - $550.00

• Includes: Hot Tub Delivery, Clean-Up and 2 laborers.

Spa Removal / Move - starts at $450

• Site Survey is needed to determine how spa needs to be removed and if additional crew members or equipment is needed.  A final quote will be provided at the appointment.
